We’ve designed our pricing and incentives to benefit our clients above all else.

You will find the most affordable and well designed program at Time Flies USA preparing you for the next step in your aviation pilot career.

Our “Single” starting prices are:

$195/hour - $165/hour

Taking advantage of our “Crew” price will reduce the hourly rate to:

$97.50/hour - $82.50/hour

Finally, taking advantage of all of our rewards can reduce your PIC time building rate to:

$77.25/hour

Note: Rewards savings are calculated based on average savings. All rewards will be paid upon completion within the full-time range.

What is our rewards program?

Our rewards program is designed to help our full-time clients save more money. Full-time clients are those that complete their package in the listed full-time window which averages 25-50 hours/week. In the following section, read about how Time Flies can help you get the most out of your time building experience.

Fuel incentive:

Unlike other “wet” rental businesses, at Time Flies we believe you should share in your fuel savings. Part of being a professional pilot is smart fuel purchasing.

Depending on your package you will enjoy your fuel savings between 20-80%.

How do I claim it?

  1. We will post the lower of the local or regional average fuel price for 100LL.

  2. Purchase fuel at a price lower than the average cost.

  3. Accumulate those savings.

Note: If you exceed this average, you will be charged the remaining balance.

Streak Saver:

These rewards increase based on your package and may range from: $15-$30/week

How do I claim it?

  1. Fly 25 or more hours per week.

  2. Accumulate your respective Streak Saver weekly.

Lodging Credit:

Every client’s needs are different, whether you’re traveling to us, bringing a significant other or pet, want a single room, or an
all-inclusive stay, you're able to find the accommodation that suits you best. Our lodging credits increase with the amount of time you spend with us.

How do I claim it?

  1. The credit will automatically be accumulated in your account each month for full-time clients.

Note: Even if you’re housed locally, you’re still eligible to receive the lodging credit.

Referral Bonus:

Our business appreciates our referrals and wants to reward you for sharing your amazing experience with others.

When you refer a client, you get paid. The more referrals you make the cheaper your own flying becomes.

Referral rewards range from: $100 and $400 per referral.

How do I claim it?

  1. Fill out a referral form on our website today.

Note: Referral bonuses apply to individual package purchases only, and do not apply to teams that pool package purchases.

Scheduling Priority:

At Time Flies we use an algorithm to match our “crew” clients with other available clients to form a flight schedule that best suits you.

Based on your package you will receive priority in scheduling.

We will be sure to have a plane available when you need it for both our “single” and “crew” clients.

Interview Prep:

The goal of our time-builders is to secure that lucrative pilot career. At Time Flies, with the purchase of select packages you will receive unlimited interview preps up to one year after completing your package.

We have first officers, captains, and contacts in the hiring circle at most all airlines and fractional companies. We will discuss your career path objectives and prepare you for your next pilot interview so that you go in prepared to get your dream job.

We accept cash, check, credit card, PayPal installment plans/lines of credit, wire transfers, and Bitcoin.
